Welcome to the documentation site for Sarabande Undone – the eleventh in the DAMA series.
Dama is a Nordic/Baltic network of higher level Dance education institutions and New Media education institutions. It organizes annual courses, exchanges and workshops.
This workshop took place at The Danish National School of Performing Arts. Fourteen international post grad students and practising artists took part.
The participants worked with physical cinema maker Helena Jonsdottir and sound artist Ivo Bol during the first two weeks. During the third week the students worked in groups creating work that takes its starting point in a new interpretation of Bach’s Sarabande created by local composer Kim Helweg.
